You may be considering counselling or therapy for the first time, or to continue a journey of self-exploration. You may feel stuck or have painful feelings related to difficult experiences in the past or present. Perhaps you hope to have a richer and more rewarding relationship with yourself and others. Therapy can help this, as we work together to make sense of your experience, identify challenges, and find your inner and outer resources.
I've worked with clients for the last twelve years. I work sensitively with intersectional identities, including racial, ethnic, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergence. I hold a firm commitment to culturally aware and anti-oppressive practice. I'm accredited by the UK Council For Psychotherapy (UKCP) and registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I follow their Ethical Frameworks.

I provide a warm and supportive space for you to find your own way. Often, a chance to give voice to what's going on for you offers relief. Together, we can reflect on any issues you might have, any difficult feelings, and any unwanted thoughts. We'll also discover, affirm and celebrate your talents and strengths, as we travel the road to insight, growth and compassion. The aim is to make meaning and the capacity to live a fuller life.

I'm also a UKCP-accredited supervisor. Please see Supervision for further details.
