Counselling and Therapy

I offer a free 15-minute telephone/Zoom consultation, and a first 50-minute session at a one-off fee of £70 for individuals and £80 for couples. There’s no obligation attached to an initial consultation or a first meeting. Both are a chance to see if we’re suited to work together.

Here we’d explore, with your permission, what’s brought you to therapy, what you hope for, and addresses any questions you may have for me.

Regular individual counselling and psychotherapy meetings are £90 per session. Regular couples therapy is £120 per session.

I accept AXA and AVIVA Health Insurance.

I have some limited concessionary spaces available.

Supervision Fees:

I offer individual supervision at the rate of £90 per hour.

I have some limited concessionary spaces available.

Please enquire for fees for group supervision.
