Counselling and Therapy

I offer a free 15-minute telephone/Zoom consultation, and a first 50-minute session at a one-off fee of £70 for individuals and £80 for couples. There’s no obligation attached to an initial consultation or a first meeting. Both a chance to see if we’re suited to work together.

Here we’d explore, with your permission, what’s brought you to therapy, what you hope for, and addresses any questions you may have for me about the therapy I provide.

Regular individuals counselling and psychotherapy meetings are £90 per session. Regular couples therapy is £120 per session.

I accept AXA Health Insurance.

Supervision Fees:

I offer individual supervision at the rate of £90 per hour.

Please enquire for fees for group supervision.
