Counselling and Therapy

I offer a free 15-minute telephone/Zoom consultation, and a first 50-minute session at a one-off fee of £60 for individuals and £70 for couples. There’s no obligation attached to an initial consultation or a first meeting. Both a chance to see if we’re suited to work together.

Here we’d explore, with your permission, what’s brought you to therapy, what you hope for, and addresses any questions you may have for me about the therapy I provide.

Counselling and psychotherapy for individuals are £80 per session, usually held weekly on the same day and at the same time. Couples start from £120 per session, at intervals to be mutually agreed.
