Here we’d explore, with your permission, what’s brought you to therapy, what you hope for, and addresses any questions you may have for me about the therapy I provide. There’s no obligation attached to a call or a first meeting. Either is a chance to see if we’re suited to work together.

Counselling and psychotherapy for individuals are £80 per session, usually held weekly on the same day and at the same time. Couples start from £120 per session, at intervals to be mutually agreed.

Supervision​

I offer supervision to trainees and to qualified counsellors and therapists at the rate of £80 per hour. An exploratory phone call may be helpful in the first instance.
